Pocket Live AI Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to the web version and the apps. Every host is a virtual character generated by AI, not a real person, and what hosts say is for entertainment only.

Not allowed

You must not post, send, say or upload, or try to make a host produce:

• sexual or pornographic content, or anything that sexualizes minors;
• violence, gore, extremism or terrorism;
• harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
• impersonation of real people, or hosts made from a real person's photos, name or identity (including public figures);
• anything that infringes copyright, trademarks or someone's privacy, including other people's photos uploaded without their consent;
• promotion of self-harm, drugs or gambling, scams, spam, or contact details to move people off the service.

You also must not attack or abuse the service: get around billing, limits or content filters, scrape or automate it, register accounts in bulk, or resell credits or accounts.

Enforcement

Content is filtered automatically before it is shown, and hosts you create are reviewed before they go public. Report anything in the app or by email; we act on every report within 24 hours. Depending on how serious it is, we remove the content, limit features, suspend the account, or terminate it without a refund and report it to law enforcement where appropriate. You can appeal by replying to our email.
