Pocket Live AI Refund Policy

This policy covers credit packs bought on the Pocket Live AI web version (https://plive.app) and is part of our Terms of Service. Credits bought in the iOS or Android app are refunded by the App Store or Google Play under their own rules.

The rule

• Unused orders, within 14 days of payment: full refund, if none of that order's credits have been used.
• Once any credits from an order have been used, that order is not refundable.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or auto-renewal. Free credits (for example from treasure chests or invites) are not refundable.
• If you were charged but the credits never arrived, we will add them or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address within 14 days of payment, with the order number (or the payment time and amount). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days, and that order's credits are removed from your account.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
