Pocket Live AI Terms of Service

By using Pocket Live AI ("we", "us") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, your license is governed by Apple's Standard EULA; these Terms add the rules for our service, and the Standard EULA prevails if they conflict. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple.

1. Age and accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and what happens on it.

2. AI hosts

Every host is a virtual character generated by AI; hosts are not real people. What they say and show is generated automatically, for entertainment only, may be inaccurate, and is not professional advice. Hosts cannot meet you or receive money; never send money or personal information to anyone claiming to be a host.

3. Community rules: zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post, send, say or upload, or try to make a host produce: sexual content or anything that sexualizes minors; harassment, threats or hate speech; graphic violence or extremism; promotion of self-harm, drugs or gambling; scams, spam or advertising; impersonation of real people or photos of others without their consent; or anything illegal or infringing.

Content is filtered automatically before it is shown. You can report comments, hosts and chats and block users and hosts in the app, or email [email protected]. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit and let us store, process, display and transmit it (including to the AI services in the Privacy Policy) only as needed to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the consent of anyone shown in a photo.

5. Credits

• Credits can be bought only through Apple In-App Purchase inside the app, as one-time packs with no subscription or auto-renewal; the App Store shows the price before you pay.
• Credits you buy never expire. Free bonus credits, such as those from treasure chests, expire 30 days after they are given and are used first.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
• The price is shown before you enter a paid room or start a call (charged per started minute), and before any other paid action. You can leave or hang up at any time, and charging stops.
• Payments are processed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where the law requires otherwise, credits that have been used are not refunded.
• Unused credits are lost when you delete your account.

6. Use of the service

Do not reverse engineer, scrape or automate the service, get around charging or limits, interfere with it, or access other people's accounts. We own the app and its hosts. We may change or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time in Me → Delete account.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes and contact

We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect; continuing to use the service means you accept them. Contact: [email protected].
